Description of the Project: Defines a conforming domain extension of P3195.1 Standard for Common Core Ontology. Will this project use pre-existing Open Source software or hardware? Yes. CUBRC will contribute a version of Cyber Ontology for further open source development by this project.

Supporting an IEEE Standards Project:
Yes. This project will be run by an IEEE Ontology Standards Working Group (OSWG), which has approved PAR P3195.1.1 (Cyber Ontology). OSWG also manages other related PARs, including P3195 (Requirements for a Mid-Level Ontology and Extensions) and P3195.1 (Common Core Ontology).

Governance
We agree that we will have a governance document for review by the community manager within 30 days and that we will make any modifications necessary to conform to all applicable policies and procedures.
