Subgroup reporting guidelines
Purpose of these guidelines: As we make progress, we need ways to share this information across organizations and upward in a brief and succinct document.
Group Name: This is the name of the subgroup.
Contact name and Mattermost handle: Please include the name of the lead(s) and their Mattermost handle(s).
Project Name: Each group may have multiple projects running simultaneously.
One or two sentence description of current status, blockages, or new risks.
Highlights:
- Bulleted list of accomplishments since the last meeting. One sentence per line.
Demo Links:
- If something is completed, show it off! Provide a link to the new feature or documentation that describes the feature.
Requests:
- If you have a problem and need help with something, tell the group what you need to unblock yourself.
Change in Plan:
- If you are making a big change to your project whether it be delivery date, number of features, technology changes, please highlight it here.
List only what you have: If you have no highlights, demo links, requests or changes in plan, don't include them in your project section. And as always, this format is open for suggestions!
