Definition for Cyber Attack too Broad
Cyber Attack is "An act of Artifact Employment in which an Agent uses a computer to engage in a malicious act."
This would include dropping a PC onto a person from a tall building. A very simple fix would be to amend the definition to include the qualification "...uses a computer as designed...". However, that still may not be specific enough. The solution may depend on how 'cyberspace' is articulated. See #11 (closed) and #3 (closed).
