Update .gitlab-ci.yml to make the CI work

Merged Lars Asplund requested to merge lars.anders.asplund/Packages:release into release

This is an update to the CI configuration to make the CI work correctly once enable. However, the CI setting must also be updated to have available runners on which our tests can run. I have no permissions to do that.
