For a revoked CLR, after attaining a connection with the mobile wallet and trying to send the credential multiple times to the mobile wallet , I was able to publish a revoked transcript to the mobile wallet

Steps: From the Randa test client, I published a CLR to the student web wallet by logging into OCP Now using the test client/Revoke tab, I revoked the transcript On OCP, click on Wallets and attain a connection with the mobile wallet for the published transcript DID relationship created Click on Send credential and then send button

A message displays saying the transcript is revoked (working as expected)

Issue: I went to the 'Send a credential' page and clicked on trying to publish the CLR to the mobile wallet. After 3 tries, there is no message saying revoked and it started to generate request and finally was published to the mobile wallet. On my mobile device (iPhone/Connect.me), I was able to click on the pdf and open the transcript. I tried doing the above steps again and again and was able to generate a request and publish the Revoked CLR to the mobile wallet
